Surface Preparation Applications
This is the technique for the surface preparation that is carried out before the paint/ coating applications so as to obtain a clean surface and surface roughening to prevent the corrosion, to protect the materials by spraying the corrosive materials (sand, grit, garnet, aluminium oxide, copper oxide
etc) onto the metal and concrete surfaces through pneumatic air or water equipment. The roughening is graded so as to strengthen the durability of the paint/coating materials on the surface. In addition, the surface may well be prepared by much easier methods such as sand blast, sandpapering.
The standards determined by such international organisations as ISO, NACE and SSPC have been accepted and adopted for a lot of projects and these applications have been carried out in a standard way Our firm which carries out the sandblasting processes by employing the desired corro-
sive materials such as grit, shot, garnet, etc, by means of manual and automatic machines has got all the necessary equipment and team for the surface preparation.
For every kind of surfaces and materials the processes of which have been completed the project suitability tests have been made by the test equipment.
